first day of preschool

Fall has come abruptly here in BC and it's hard to believe, but my little girl has started preschool.  Yes, there were tears.  None were shed by me (miraculously) - only by Lexi, and only when it was time to leave.  Her teacher Miss Linda said it's the only time in her 30 years of teaching that she's had a student cry because they have to LEAVE school.  Yikes.  Bad reflection on mommy or what?  She will be going 2 mornings a week.  I'm looking forward to having some time to craft, shower, snuggle with my boy, and SLEEEEEP.
